2026 Play It Again Tournament
On Saturday, the MGA weekend tournament season officially opened with the 2026 Play It Again, and it was a terrific way to kick things off. Thank you to all the MGA members and NGC staff who helped make the day such a success. Special thanks to Tiffany and Meilani for all of your help setting up and holding things down in the Pro Shop, to Christine for her support, and to Kim for the excellent work on the outside grill.
On the course, two very deserving champions emerged with commanding performances. In the Net Division, Torey Diggs posted an outstanding 55 net — matching the famed double-nickel total of another well-known golf obsessive — to cruise to a 5-shot victory. Not to be outdone, James Hsiao delivered a standout round of his own in the Gross Division, firing a 3-under 69, the only sub-par round of the day, to win by 5 shots himself. A great start to the tournament season, and well played by both our champions!
