Men’s Night 9/24 — 1-or-2-Man Scramble on the Back 9
With the countdown to the Presidents Cup underway, we’re bringing a little team-golf flavor to Men’s Night this week by adding a twist to our scramble format. Competitors may either play solo using the standard 1-Man Scramble format (hitting two shots themselves from each position throughout each hole) or pair up for a traditional 2-Man Scramble (each teammate hits one shot from each position).
1-Man Format: You hit two shots off the tee and choose the best one. From there, you again hit two shots, choose the best, and repeat until the hole is completed.
2-Man Format: Players team up and each teammate hits one shot from every position. Choose the best shot and both players hit from there, continuing until the hole is finished. For 2-Man teams, please mark your scorecard with both players’ names on a single line (e.g. “B. Jones / B. Hogan”) and record your gross scramble score.
Please turn in all completed cards to the Pro Shop with gross scramble scores and names clearly marked. Net scores will be calculated using 50% of each player’s Back 9 course handicap, with 50% of the average handicap used for 2-man teams. Low net score wins!
Club Championship Handicap Posting
We ask that all players post their own scores to GHIN from last weekend’s Club Championship rounds as Competition Scores from whichever tees you competed from. Next week, all tournament postings will be double checked for all players.
Men’s Night 9/16-9/18 Front or Back 9 — Stableford Tally = Chase Points
Last week, as a tune-up for the Club Championship, we expanded Men’s Night to a three-day submission window—Wednesday through Friday—and allowed players to submit one Front 9 score and one Back 9 score. Each player’s higher net Stableford total became their Chase Points total for the week. Below is the complete points breakdown, including some great scores posted by those who came out!

2026 Stearns Cup — Team Sign-Ups 🏌️🏌️♂️
Team sign-ups are now open for the final MGA major of the season, the Stearns Cup, which is set to be played Saturday & Sunday, October 3rd + 4th.
The format for Stearns Cup is 2-man teams playing 2-day, 36 hole, best ball for both gross and net awards. 100% of handicaps apply for net play. Standard MGA tees, with Rule of 75 for gold tee players.
