Men’s Night 6/27 Results — Shootout on the Back 9

26 players came out for our 2nd Shootout of the season yesterday and, when all was said and done, one man stood victorious on the 18th green. With stellar play throughout the 9-hole battle, Brad Adams proved he had the right stuff and footwear to take home the Shootout win. Great playing sir!

Men’s Night 6/13 Results — All Red Tees on the Front 9

32 players came out for a Red Tee battle yesterday and one man went subterranean to finish with a stellar net 32 on the Front 9. With 2 gross eagles on his card and an epic descent through a manhole cover to find his ball, Royce Huffaker took home a memorable victory. Shootout Men’s Night 5/30 Results

Men’s Night 5/30 — Shootout Front 9

We had a fantastic turnout of 29 players yesterday for our 1st Shootout of the 2024 season and everyone got to experience hitting an opening tee shot under pressure! After a few passing showers, 6 players made birdie on #1 which left a 9 for 3 chip-off amongst those who made par to see who advanced to #2. Once the advancing 9 players were set, some exciting golf followed on holes 2 through 8 with theoretical lefty shots, chip-offs, sandal swings, and a missing 3-wood. In the end, it came down to James Hsiao and Ted Pearson on #9 and, with a stellar up-and-down from the front fringe to a back pin, Ted walked away with the Shootout victory. Well played sir!

For the first Men’s Night of May, the temperature was turned up and we had a fantastic turnout of 42 players who all took their chance at the best possible RWB routing on the Front 9. We had an awesome turnout of 35 players last night for our Chicago battle on the Back 9 and, when all the shots had been counted, two men used 8-point, gross eagles to propel themselves to the top of the leaderboard. Poker Wrap-Up 

In a great kickoff to a (hopefully) weekly, post-Men’s Night poker game, laughs were had all around and rusty poker logistic skills were slightly sharpened. In the end, Jim Sussmann had the most fun of all and Ed Clarke battled gravity to a solid draw. Let’s play again next week!
