Extended Men’s Night 9/25–10/1 + Poker Thursday

Men’s Night 9/25 through 10/1 — Shootout Rescheduled, Stableford + Poker Freeroll @ 6:30 PM for Rounds completed on Thursday

With uncertainty about the forecast for tomorrow, we’re moving our scheduled final Shootout of the season to next week 10/2 @ 3:45 PM — We’re also extending the Men’s Night window for this week so that Front 9 rounds may be submitted through next Wednesday 10/1.

For this week, we’ll be playing Stableford on the Front 9 with the scorecard submission window running from 9/25 through 10/1. For those who’d like to play some poker and enjoy this week’s Thursday night specials, the MGA will be sponsoring poker buy-ins based on Stableford points collected for all those who complete their Men’s Night rounds tomorrow, Thursday 9/25.

For example: If you play tomorrow and tally 16 Stableford points for Men’s Night, you’ll receive $16 of chips. Cash buy-ins and cash re-buys will be allowed and all MGA sponsored Stableford entries will be paid out in credit book.

Poker will start around 6:30 PM for those who can play!

🏆 2025 NGC Club Championship Results

NGC Club Championship Weekend — Thank You to All 🙌

The 2025 Club Championship is in the history books and it’s one to remember with the true spirit of competition and camaraderie all around. Congrats to everyone who teed it up. The vibe this year, especially on Sunday afternoon, was the best it’s been in recent memory and the impromptu feast to close out the weekend was exactly what NGC and our golf family are all about.

Huge thanks to the NGC staff and maintenance crew for their hard work on the course and smooth operations all weekend — your work and care made the difference. Special thanks to Donnee, Terry, Ryan, Meilani, Tiffany, Mimi, and Germame for their dedication and support — This weekend was a reminder of everything we love about NGC and pointed to an even better future!

🏆 Club Championship Results

In the Women’s Club Championship, a new and very deserving champion, Sandra Mosely, was crowned and Vivianne Couts took home the net division victory. Well played ladies! And, once again, the NGC women were battle of the sexes pace-of-play grand champions!

In the Gold Tee flight, Paul Weidenfeld put on a dominant performance with a closing round of 76 to take home the gross division championship and, on the net side, with very solid golf all weekend Jack Sullivan locked up the win. Great playing and well done to our Gold Tee champions.

In the White Tee flight, it was an epic battle down to the final holes to determine who would take home the gross and net titles. In the end, with a stellar closing stretch, Matt Dove became a back-to-back White Tee Club Champion taking home the gross division win and, with continued excellent play that we have seen all of 2025, Chuck Roster won the net competition. Congrats gents!

Finally, the battle for the Championship Blue Tee flight was one to remember with many twists, lots of turns, and key birdies along the way. Outstanding second rounds by both Calvin Harkless and Jim Sussmann made the competition extremely exciting through the closing stretch of holes. When all was said and done, with rock solid play all day on Sunday and a pair of matching 75s for the weekend, Jared Powell hit the tough shots and poured in the clutch putts when it mattered to capture his second NGC Club Championship title. Very well played to our very deserving champion, Mr. Jared Powell — enjoy your parking spot sir!
